What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number, company and the details of your scheme. We use them to respond to your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to arrange finance, which may involve sharing your details with lenders and their valuers and lawyers. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to six years after our last contact, in line with record-keeping obligations, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and no legal reason requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it by emailing enquiries@pbsafinance.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Enquiry emails are delivered through our email provider and the site is hosted by Cloudflare; both process data on our behalf.
