Finance we arrange for PBSA developers, operators and investors is unregulated commercial lending and falls outside the FCA's regulated mortgage perimeter. We are a finance arranger and introducer, not a lender, and we do not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Indicative terms, rates and LTV or LTC figures are illustrative, vary by lender and scheme, and are not an offer of finance. All lending is subject to status, valuation and lender criteria.
